SMART HOME VENTILATION
Every room.
Its own comfort.
Room temperatures, personal thermostat settings, and CO₂ readings work together. Motorized air dampers direct fresh air where it is needed, while compatible heating and cooling help each room move toward its own target.

Different rooms. Different targets.
Set a temperature on each room thermostat. The controller compares actual readings with those targets and coordinates dampers with compatible heating or cooling.
Fresh air where CO₂ rises.
A CO₂ sensor in each room helps identify ventilation demand. The system increases airflow to the room that needs it, even when its temperature is already comfortable.
Comfort and fresh air, together.
Temperature and CO₂ are separate demands. Reaching a temperature target does not switch off the fresh air a room still needs.
Warm the room that needs it.
With compatible heating, a room below its target can request warmth. The controller respects the central system mode and available capacity.
Quiet nights. Fresh bedrooms.
A night schedule can use bedroom targets and a quieter fan profile. Air-quality demand can still override quiet mode when configured.
A missing reading needs a plan.
Fallback behavior is designed for the installed equipment: detect stale readings, notify the owner, and use a defined airflow profile until reliable data returns.
Design demonstration · illustrative readings, thresholds, and timing
Add room thermostats, CO₂ sensors, motorized dampers, quiet schedules, humidity control, or a connection to your existing HVAC system. We design the control logic around the equipment you have.
Ventilation alone cannot guarantee a room temperature. Room targets depend on outdoor conditions, insulation, system capacity, and compatible heating or cooling. Airflow limits and CO₂ thresholds are configured for the installed system.
