Your phone or an in-car GPS device with a SIM card can trigger arrival. The parking gate opens first, followed by the garage door and welcoming lights.
Drive out. It closes behind you.
A laser sensor detects the car leaving its space. The doorway sensor confirms it has cleared the entrance before the door closes and the departure routine opens the parking gate.
A backup way in.
An outdoor keypad opens the garage when your phone or remote is unavailable. Access feedback makes it clear when the entry has been accepted.
Backup power, used wisely.
Our modified UPS wakes only when the door needs to move, then switches off. Saving charge between uses can extend backup availability for days, depending on the battery and usage.
Security that responds your way.
Combine automatic arming, unexpected door-opening detection, and fire or smoke sensors. Receive phone alerts, activate an alarm, or choose another response for your installation.
Empty garage? It closes itself.
Human-presence sensors and recognized devices help the system know when the garage is empty. Once presence clears, automatic closing takes care of the door.
The doorway stays protected.
The doorway sensor blocks closing while a person or car is in the entrance. If an obstruction appears during closing, the door reverses and reopens.
